A resource is now available thanks to the late Berkley professor, Paul Grabowicz. “For years he wrote and maintained tutorials about public records on the journalism school’s website,” Bay Area New Group Watchdog Column author, Thomas Peele writes, “they remain as a public service, available to all.”
